Watch Dogs pre-order bonuses unveiled
by John Keefer, May 20, 2013 9:30am PDTUbisoft has detailed some of the pre-order bonuses for its GTA-style, Chicago-based hackfest Watch Dogs, with exclusive single-player missions and goodies available from Amazon and GameStop.
Pre-ordering at Amazon will get you the Signature Shot Pack. Completing the special mission unlocks a Biometric Assault Rifle and an outfit from the Black Viceroys. The mission involves breaking into a base and stealing the weapon, which is only usable by the first person that imprints their palm on the handle.
From GameStop, players will get the Palace Pack, which includes an investigation bonus to unlock side missions, and ATM hack boost to increase cash rewards. An exclusive poster designed by famed comic-book artist, Alex Ross, will also be available on a limited basis.
Watch Dogs is coming to PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U on November 19. It will come to PlayStation 4 and presumably the Next Xbox sometime later.
