The Last of Us 2 & 3 domains registered by Sony

Sony registers domain names for The Last of Us 2 and 3 because... well, video games.

Perhaps one of the most anticipated games of the year is The Last of Us, Naughty Dog's upcoming PS3 adventure. Although the story is apparently "self-contained," assuming the game sells gangbusters, it's likely to turn into a franchise.

SCEA's private web registrar has registered domain names for lastofus2.com and lastofus3.com, internet sleuth Superannuation points out in a new column on Kotaku.

Of course, it doesn't hurt to be prepared, even if these domain names go unused. But given that every game Naughty Dog has developed has turned into a franchise, it seems inevitable that sequels are bound to happen.

They are making a serious mistake by not developing this for the PC

What? How is it possibly a mistake to want to push exclusive games to make their own platform more appealing?

Yeah, because by not making Uncharted for the PC just about bankrupted them.... wait, it was actually the opposite.
