There's another PS3 SKU hitting retail stores this week. The "Legacy" bundle includes a 500GB PS3, one month of PlayStation Plus, and two games: Gran Turismo 5 XL and inFamous 2M. It will be $299--the same price as the most recent PS3 SKU, which included Assassin's Creed 3.
If you're still in the market for a PS3, we would recommend skipping this model, as it's not a particularly good value. The inclusion of inFamous 2 is especially strange, given that it's currently part of the Instant Game Collection on PlayStation Plus. Gran Turismo 5 XL may seem like an attractive incentive, as it includes GT5 and all its post-release DLC. However, it would be surprising if the upcoming Gran Turismo 6 didn't cast a shadow on this bundle.
