Injustice: Gods Among Us 'Batgirl' DLC spotted

Injustice: Gods Among Us appears to be getting another character from the Batman franchise in its ranks as downloadable content. Various images and even a video show Batgirl briefly appearing on the Xbox Live Marketplace.

Game Informer reports that the character popped up in videos like the one below. When it tried to replicate the steps, Batgirl was already gone, so the glitch has apparently been fixed. Batgirl would likely be another Season Pass inclusion. She would join the first officially announced DLC character, Lobo, who will be joining the game on May 7.

Thanks to its deep bench of allies and villains, Batman is already the most heavy concentration of any comics franchise represented in Injustice--not counting the Justice League itself, of course. But, while Batgirl would just add to the pile of Bat-universe characters, she would also be one more addition to the game's low number of females.
