Now's the time to make sure you have room on your credit card, because the first batch of tickets for this year's BlizzCon goes on sale this evening at $175 a pop. Of course, if you need more time to clear that balance, another group of tickets will go on sale on April 27.

Tickets for the two-day event, which begins on November 8 in Anaheim, CA, are first come, first serve, and will be available beginning at 7PM PT though the official BlizzCon site. The second batch sales will begin at 10AM.

If you are a fan of StarCraft 2 eSports, a ticket is a must to attend the 2013 World Championship Series Global Finals in person. If you can't attend, Blizzard will eventually be announcing pricing for its virtual live-streaming pass to the event.
