Legendary Heroes brings new monsters, new and larger maps, shinier graphics, new items, extra champions, and improvements to recruiting and levelling champions. The first Fallen Enchantress did a lot to improve Elemental, so hopefully this might make it the game people wanted all along. Hit the official site for more information. Pre-ordering on Steam gets you instant beta access.

Easy now... who's a good dragon? Yes you are!

Just log into your Stardock account and you should see a registration for it:

Interesting, I wonder if this will fix the issues that elemental had.

They fixed most of the issues when they released Fallen Enchantress in October.

I haven't been paying too much attention to it since its launch and subsequent critical failure, hoping a few patches would take care of it but when they seemed not quite enough. I'll have to check it out now.

Can't speak for Elemental, but Fallen Enchantress is pretty fun.

Looks like it's almost time to check out this game again. I haven't touched it since 2010.

I've played some of the expansion, and it's a good iteration on Fallen Enchantress. There are a lot of small improvements throughout the game systems. I do think that asking people to pay another $20 is a bit much, though, because it's more of a large patch than an expansion.

This is actually an extremely well-timed release. Plenty of time to dig into this before Age of Wonders 3 comes out.
