BioWare soliciting Mass Effect 3 multiplayer feedback

BioWare is conducting a detailed survey regarding the multiplayer maps in Mass Effect 3.

Mass Effect 3's multiplayer was a bit of a surprise after two purely single-player RPGs, but fans and BioWare seemed happy with the results. As the company prepares whatever is coming next in the Mass Effect universe, it's soliciting feedback regarding the Firebase multiplayer maps.

The survey (via GameSpot) is lengthy, and focuses on the layout, visuals, difficulty, and overall experience of each Firebase map. BioWare hasn't given details on the reasoning behind the survey, or whether this relates to future Mass Effect plans or changes to the current map sets. Reckoning was the last multiplayer DLC, and the sizable Citadel was said to be the final piece of planned DLC entirely. Shacknews has contacted BioWare regarding the survey.

Little is known about the next Mass Effect. We do know that BioWare Montreal is handling it, and it will run using the company's proprietary Frostbite 3 engine.

You mean DICE's Frostbite 3 engine that EA has leveraged from them to use with nearly all their other AAA developers.

My N7HQ says I have 795H 27M 16S of ME3 MP played. If you don't like it you can ignore it, but it's been a hell of a good time.

The multiplayer was fun, but tying it into the single player campaigns success was stupid.

The multiplayer in ME3 was surprisingly good and addictive, and I spent more time playing it than I spent playing the campaign.

Now tying it into the single player campaign as a necessity? No need to do that. But it was very fun.

I don't get this. I mean no MP simply does not mean that the SP will be any worse, it's largely not the same people who work on them anyway, large developers have the resources they need.

If anything, MP means more sold copies, which means bigger budget for next games, and that budget will benefit the SP as well.

ill give them bad feedback. at this point, why would i want to help them make a better game and make more money? thats the opposite of what i want. i want them to go away and never come back.
