Injustice: Gods Among Us roster includes Ares, Killer Frost

The closer we get to the release of Injustice: Gods Among Us, the more obscure its character inclusions are getting. Now that the game is just over a week away, revelations are hitting the deep cuts of DC canon, with the reveal of the supervillains Killer Frost and Ares.

A now-removed tweet (via Joystiq) from Warner Bros employee Brandon Alexander showed the roster above, in which the characters are visible in the third row on the right. This comes just after the Xbox Live Marketplace implied the characters by showing purchasable costumes modeled after them.

In the DC universe, Ares is a modernized god of war and the adversary of Wonder Woman, who often deals with characters from Greek mythology. Killer Frost, as you might have guessed, is a cold-powered minor villainess who has taken on various heroes in the DC universe.
