If the game and tie-in comic series weren't evidence enough, Warner Bros and NetherRealm have larger plans for Injustice: Gods Among Us. This week at the Game Developers Conference, a version of the game was shown running on iOS devices.
Details are scant, but Siliconera reports that NetherRealm briefly showed off the game during an interview. Development is reportedly being handled in-house by NetherRealm. This wouldn't be the studio's first iOS title, as it developed Batman: Arkham City Lockdown. That game was custom tailored to iOS devices, though, so we'll have to see how the studio translates a full-fledged fighting game to the touch interface.
