The Jak and Daxter Collection is coming to Vita too, according to the ESRB. The PlayStation 3 collection, which released early last year, included the three main games in the trilogy, but didn't include the spin-offs or portable titles.

The ESRB listing (via Polygon) references three story-based platformer games, so it seems likely to include the same three as the original collection. The listing doesn't include release details for the Vita, so we'll have to wait to hear the official announcement from Sony for more information.
