Age of Empires 2 HD coming to Steam April 9
by John Keefer, Mar 07, 2013 1:45pm PSTAn updated version of the classic strategy game Age of Empires 2 is coming to Steam on March 9, and will include the Conquerors expansion pack. Steam is already offering a 10 percent discount on the game until launch.
The game is being remastered to 1080p by Hidden Path Entertainment, and will support leaderboards, achievements and matchmaking through Steamworks, according to the official Steam page (via GameSpot). Players will also be able to share content through Steam Workshop. All of the content form the original Age of Kings and its expansion will be included.
The pre-purchase will save you $2 off the $19.99 required after launch.
