Deus Ex: Human Defiance trademark is movie adaptation
by Steve Watts, Mar 01, 2013 2:45pm PSTThe other day, we reported on a trademark for Deus Ex: Human Defiance, and noted the possibility that it was simply the film adaptation. We hoped we were instead seeing the first signs of a sequel, but bad news: according to new domain registrations, it's the film title.
Superannuation tweeted the two domains. They're both registered to CBS Films, but in case that left any room for doubt, the second domain is for "deusexhumandefiancefilm.com." It's odd that CBS changed the title to one so similar for an adaptation of Human Revolution, but it doesn't seem we'll be getting a game out of this one.
