FAKK2 Status Update

Stomped has received a short status update from Ritual designer Tom Mustaine on FAKK2. Basically they're out catching the last bugs, doing the last tweaks and such. It's "getting very close".

Rituals trackrecord doesnt impress me...SiN should have never been released in the state that it was. So...are we to expect the same for FAKK?

From what I've seen and heard online Ritual isn't too keen on repeating what happened to Sin again. It helps that this time the game isn't being wrapped up too close to Christmas, so Activision hopefully won't breathe down Rituals' neck and insist on releasing for the sake of profit over the actual quality.

#1: Another thing to consider is that since EA's managed to port the Q3 engine to the PS2, a port there wouldn't be out of the question if Ritual is up to it.
