The Witness console-exclusive on PlayStation 4 during 'release window'
by Steve Watts, Feb 20, 2013 4:16pm PSTSony gave some stage time to indies at its presentation tonight, starting with Jonathan Blow to show off The Witness. He said that during the release window, the PlayStation 4 will be the only console--implying that it will be on PC too, and eventually other consoles.
Blow said that the open-world puzzle game is "as compact as possible," to make a dense world. He noted that "everything is carefully placed" and the team worked "very, very hard to cut anything that was redundant." He promised 25 hours of gameplay with "no filler."
