All indications point to the reveal of the next generation console dubbed Orbis. We've received our invite to the New York City shindig and we'll keep you posted as we learn more.

This reminds me of Nvidia talking down the importance of unified shaders only to end up being the first to release a PC card with unified shaders in the form of the Geforce 8800.
