They dug up this ZDNet article which states that the AMD folks are looking at an "Athlon Professional" CPU as well as an "Athlon Ultra" CPU deal. You would think they also have an "Econo Athlon" or something for guys like me who drive a Geo Metro. Even more interesting is this link that Firestone sent in on a Japenese PC shop stating that "Athron" (heehee) CPUs will be on sale on August 10th? Probably pre-sales but ya never know. At least check out the website and giggle at them spelling it Athron. I lived in Japan for a few years, I used to love hearing them say "Disney Rand"
