There are quite a lot of similarities between Dead Space 3 and Mass Effect 3. Both star armored dudes fighting zombie-like aliens in a space-faring sci-fi adventure. And, you can wear N7 armor in both, as long as you still have your save game from ME3.
You will need to complete the game in order to unlock the armor. And instead of imagining how it will look, just watch the trailer:
