DICE Awards nominees announced, Journey leads with 11
by Steve Watts, Jan 14, 2013 11:30am PSTThe Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) has announced its plans for the 16th Annual DICE Awards, including the full list of nominees. Chris Hardwick, comedian and founder of the Nerdist, will host this year's festivities. The awards ceremony will take place February 7 in Las Vegas.
Thatgamecompany's Journey leads the pack of nominations with 11 in all. Other heavy-hitters include The Walking Dead with eight nominations, Far Cry 3 with seven, Halo 4 with six, and Borderlands 2 and Dishonored with five each.
Game of the Year nominations go to Journey, The Walking Dead, Far Cry 3, Borderlands 2, and XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Check out the full list (PDF) of nominees for more details.
