Serious Sam Double D XXL hitting XBLA in February with co-op
by Alice O'Connor, Jan 10, 2013 8:30am PSTIf stacking guns on top of each other to create a teetering supergun sounds like your bag, but you'd also like a little company, good news! The long-overdue Xbox Live Arcade edition of Serious Sam Double D is coming on February 20, packing a shiny co-op mode and more than 30 new guns to pile up.
Serious Sam Double D XXL, as it's newly suffixed, will see Sam and his pal Dan 'Huff' Huffington stacking guns and shooting faces in an old-school way. Our Ozzie called the original PC version "a great 2D retro-style shooter" in his review.
Developed by Mommy's Best Games, Serious Sam Double D XXL will cost 800 Microsoft Points ($10). Here, meet Sam's zany chum Huff and enjoy a display of cooperative ultraviolence:
Splinter Cell Blacklist co-op modes partially detailed
FIFA 14 on PC won't use Ignite engine
Ace Attorney Trilogy coming to iOS next week
Far Cry 3 editor jazzed up with Blood Dragon shinies
Epic Mickey 2 for Vita coming June 18
