Watch the first five minutes of BioShock Infinite

Irrational Games has released a trailer of the first five minutes from BioShock Infinite. It's got a few spoilers, and lots of water, so don't watch if you want to wait for the game (or you get seasick easily).

It's definitely eerie. The game play starts after Booker is dropped off at a lighthouse. Things get creepier as he ascends higher, culminating with a few seconds that have a "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" vibe to it. So before you launch the video, be sure you are OK with spoilers.

The game is coming out for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on March 26 after a few delays. If you missed our preview, now would be a good time to read it.

Click the "360p" resolution button and choose 720.

Does it still have double black bars/borders and no full screen player controls??

No idea. I never use it. If there's a video on shack I want to watch I just go find the original source on YouTube since shack seems to almost always rip it from there anyway.

Still no player controls, really annoys me and yeah, the quality is still dodgy at 720p.

That is the 360p version. The listed 360p is actually 120p. 720p = normal 360p quality.

No, the Shack player is a piece of shit. At 720p it looks barely better than YouTube's 360p.

Reminds me what a mixed bag bioshock was in some regards, such a weird mix of really interesting and a bit dumb.

Yikes, that console motion when turning makes me sick. Ugh. Its like those pan and scan movies you see where they try to show a character off screen, and theres an awkwardly smooth transition. The game looks good, but I'll get it on PC, thanks.

Don't worry about spoilers, it's not bad at all.
