Not content to release just one Team Ninja Vita port early next year, Tecmo has announced that Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus will also be coming. It's set to hit February 26, with a host of new features for those who want their evisceration simulators to fit in their pockets.

The official site (via Joystiq) details a few of the game's features. It will offer Hero Mode activation with the rear touch pad for casual players who just want to see some sweet ninja moves. Ninja Race mode has you fighting enemies and a countdown timer, collecting items and scoring combos to keep yourself going. And the female characters Ayane, Rachel, and Momiji all sport new costumes, and can be swapped out at any time in "Tag Missions" to find the sidekick best suited for the task.

I think the Vita version is 30 fps if it's like Sigma 1 Plus. There aren't a lot of good action games on the Vita so it might make sense to play the Vita version if it's quality like the first Sigma Plus

I already played both games multiple times between the originals and sigma so I don't know if I'm up to playing them again when I've got hundreds of other games I haven't played before :)
