Ong-Bak Tri is a 2.5D side-scroller
by Andrew Yoon, Nov 19, 2012 4:00pm PSTThe video game based on the Ong-Bak movies is still happening. And it's going to be a 2.5D side-scrolling brawler with "intense fighting action, impressive free-running sequences, and highly cinematic quick-time action events," according to the press release.
Developed by Studio HIVE in Thailand, Ong-Bak Tri is currently targeting a winter release for PC, smartphones, and apparently consoles.
The Unity-powered game is apparently in the "final stages of development," and publisher Immanitas has released the first screenshots of the game. Take a gander:
