Rockstar is releasing a new trailer on Wednesday for the Grand Theft Auto 5, but we know you are having trouble waiting that long, so we have 20 new screens for the game showing off everything from fighter jets to high flying gun battles to speeding sports cars. If you want to get a good look at what's coming in the game when it comes out this spring, then you'll want to check them out.

There are lots of helicopters in this game.

Some areas of Los Santos will be large enough that you need a jet ... with missiles.

What's a GTA game without some really cool cars?

If you don't want to go by car or by plane, Los Santos has other modes of transportation.

it has never been confirmed or denied that it is coming out for PC, the exact same thing happened with GTA4.

Because it's usually a year before they do release it for PC.

The picks look nice scaled down but pull up the pictures in full screen then enlarge them to fit your whole screen. Blurry and aliasing everywhere just like a true console game.

Yeah, that part was kind of interesting at first but really started to wear on my nerves after a while. I don't like people in the real world, why would I pretend to like them in a game?

If you accept their plans then call right back to cancel they won't get upset with you. I think if you just hang up on them they'll get upset with you.

I'm thinking this has to be the PC version. Now way consoles could have that level of detail with distant objects, a la the f-15 screenshot.

I also found them surprisingly good shots - but mind you people came in and bitched 'why does this look worse than GTAIV'

        Opinions are fascinating things,............

If the PC version is released on par with the console versions I'll eat my hat. It just won't happen. Console release, then 1 year later on PC. Just like GTAIII, GTA: Vice City, GTA: San Andreas and GTAIV.

the Game Informer piece said that there is no limit to their draw distance now...and since the game is only announced for two platforms, I don't they were referring to the PC version.

Screen shots are one thing, how well it runs is another. I think the real test is, how many cars/pedestrians will be on screen at a given time. That's a real PC(i.e. MEMORY) advantage.

Trade secret: Turn up the graphics as high as you want, start game, it runs at 10fps, take screenshots, good enough

True... but fact of the matter is... it's being developed on PCs, lol... so technically, that *IS* a PC screen shot... then they turn the graphics down, lower the frame rate and call it a console version

Nah. 720p, visible aliasing, and not THAT much detail in the F-15 distance, it's distance blurred too.
