Weekend PC download deals: Dark Souls for $20

Boo! Halloween may be behind us, but some spirits still linger on. As evidenced by the fact that I write this with great difficulty whilst wearing a Halloween costume which covers one eye. These weekend's spooky PC download sales include Dark Souls for $20, Spec Ops: The Line for $15, a whopping four copies of The Darkness II for $23, and all the EA games you loved 15 years ago at a pittance.

Damn, Canadians can't get Dark Souls via Amazon. It's a digital download, come on. :(

Yowza.. some very nice deals there, very nice (4xDark2!!.. amazing). And those EA games at GOG bring back all sorts of nostalgia, pretty much all of those games were part of the best time of my life with gaming.

And if anyone wants to buy me Counter-Strike GO, I'd appreciate it... and if you happen to want something in return other than a warm fuzzy feeling for being charitable, I have CoH and SW:KotoR ready to gift :)

Is Warhammer 40k: Space Marine at less than $6 worth buying? How is the single player, and is the multiplayer community still alive?

fuck yeah, the single player easily makes it worth that.

no clue about the community, but the multiplayer wasn't anything to rage about. was still fun though

hey guys, I have not played the old syndicate, just the new one (which I actually thought it was pretty good). I know its dirt cheap, but what can I expect out of the old game?

Is it noob friendly? why does everyone like the old version? is it the story or the gameplay?

Both. I remember it fondly I'm not sure how well it's aged. I bought it this morning though.
