Oh...You bastards. All this talk about herb is making my relapse! I made a little bet with my mom that I wouldn't burn any chiba for the whole month of July! This is damn tough, as I usually smoke about three joint's worth in a day. I guess I kinda made the bet with myself, too. I need to LOWER MY TOLERANCE.

Remember the feeling of euphoria when you first started smoking pot? The feeling that makes you feel like just another cushion on the couch? The feeling that lets you see and feel music as well as hear it? The feeling that common inanimate houseplants are sentient beings bent on sucking your willpower, and you can't budge or they'll know you aren't a plant as well?

Well I miss it, and hopefully in August I can feel that way again for a while. Or maybe Maarten can send me some hash so I don't have to rely on Illinois Schwag to get me high.

That's right kids, drugs are bad. don't do drugs.
Some drugs can kill you, and some cause criminal addictions.
I'm sure glad marijuana doesn't kill people or make people want to hurt eachother over it. Like all those legal intoxicants that are backed by big money...I don't mind them because it's my choice to do with my body what I please to. I choose to smoke a non-addictive low-risk mellowing intoxicant. Screw prozac, man. screw morphine or anything you throw at me. This is a beautiful herb, and it'd still be used today if it weren't for Dupont's nylon (look it up - see also exploitation of marijuana for big business).

Which reminds me about this time in college when I was smoking with 3 friends in "the house" with old beer cans and bottles inhabiting practically every horizontal service and me wanting to laugh at any old damn thing but the other guys were old stoners and were zoning and the phone rang and Fish answers the phone setting down his beer and then he hangs up the phone and picks up a can and takes a swig and makes this face and says, "Oh, that's not mine" and he puts the can down and picks up what I presume to be the right one. My God did I laugh my ASS off at the dumb SOB and the other guys just looked at me like I had lost my mind but I just couldn't help it, who knows how long that can had been sitting there, could have been weeks, and most likely it had been used as an ashtray.
