Thanks Garnett and the crew (including the people behind the scenes) for giving me a few free hours of free and sometimes side splittingly funny conversations.
I appreciate the effort you all go to and the hours each you put aside do make this free show. There's not a lot of free stuff in this world that is any good.
You make my time at the gym a lot easier.
Keep up the outstanding work mates!

In my job I strive to be an incredible liaison with clients and my manner is often noted by the general public. But unfortunately, almost the only time I get feedback is if I've done something wrong. So you can try as hard as you want but most people will only speak up with a complaint.
When was the last time you officially complained about service? And when was the last time you officially complimented good service?
The ability to encourage (along with apologising) is become a lost art.
That's why I constantly leave positive feedback for people. If it's a fast food cashier or a professional salesmen if they are polite and friendly I'll ask for a feedback form or a manager and let them know how happy I am with the service. You cannot underestimate the effect a formal compliment can have on a cashiers self esteem, future work ethic, and career. One time I left a really nice compliment for a really friendly guy and a month later he was a customer service manager. Who knows if I had anything to do with that.
