How do you know Andrea hasn't been preparing a statement?
How do you know she isn't under a gag order as per the code of conduct for her employment?
Why does a statement have to be issued on your schedule when you demand it?
Do you realise the potential for legal action against Shack if Garnett elaborate on the situation?
In the world of the listener this all seems so simple and cut and dry, and it makes it easier to run your mouth and accuse and question integrity. But matters like these become extremely delicate and tricky an like the listeners, Garnett can't just say what ever he wants. Now you have every right to believe that's not enough, and you have every right to stop listening, but calling the entire podcast into question is just your opinion. I think Garnett is in a touchy and possibly vulnerable position and did the best he could do. My opinion is no more valid than yours.
