Nintendo Land's final three games revealed

Nintendo Land is serving as the Wii U equivalent of Wii Sports, the pack-in that is meant to illustrate the strengths of the unique control device. We've known about most of the franchise-themed mini-games for a while, but today Nintendo detailed the last three. Yoshi's Fruit Cart, Captain Falcon's Twister Race, and Octopus Dance all focus on single-player experiences.

Yoshi's Fruit Cart has the player drawing a path for Yoshi to follow through a course on the touch screen, but you'll only be able to see the dangerous fruit to collect and obstacles to avoid on the TV screen. Captain Falcon's Twister Race uses the touch pad (held vertically) as a steering wheel, hitting checkpoints and dash plates as in an F-Zero game. Finally, Octopus Dance has players mimic smooth moves, but switch between the TV and GamePad to get the best view of the dance lesson.

These games join Mario Chase, Metroid Blast, Luigi's Ghost Mansion, Zelda: Battle Quest, Pikmin Adventure, Animal Crossing: Sweet Day, Donkey Kong's Crash Course, Takamaru's Ninja Castle, and Balloon Trip Breeze. The game launches alongside the Wii U on November 18, either stand-alone for $59.99 or part of the $349.99 Deluxe Set.
