Hotline Miami patched; DLC coming
by Alice O'Connor, Oct 26, 2012 12:30pm PDTAfter a few days of fun brutally murdering people in Hotline Miami, you may have been wishing it had fewer bugs. Your wish be granted! A patch hit last night to fix some, but not all, of people's complaints. If you just want more, more, more! murder then you're also in luck, as a little DLC has been teased.
The patch notes include key remapping, mask perk fixes and tweaks, Steamworks achievements now working, support for lower resolutions, and it'll now save your grades correctly. Hotline Miami will update automatically through Steam.
It's not all working hunky-dory just yet, though. Controller support needs a little more testing, and is expected in the next patch, while the Steam overlay is still disabled.
"If people enjoy the game and want more we have a storyline driven DLC in the plans with new characters and diving further in the story!!!" co-developer Dennis Wedin teased in the comments. No, you're not done just yet, there are more men for you to kill.
