With the 360, if I want to stream some video from my laptop through my Xbox to my TV, I have to go to video, then apps, then Zune Video Player. This was not at all apparent. Streaming video like that used to be called windows media or something to that effect, but they changed it to Zune Video for no reason and buried it in the apps sub-menu. (And here's a question, why is there even a separate tab for apps? If it's a video app, it should be under video, if it's a music app, under music, etc.)
Compare this to PS3. All I have to do is move over to the video tab and click on my laptop, which usually shows up right away as long as it's not in sleep mode, and then click on the appropriate video.
In regards to basic navigation, I have to give it to PS3, not because their system is all that intuitive, but because MS has smashed the ease of use out of the dashboard with the last two updates with what I would like to call the "ad-hammer."
