Rumor: Skyrim's next DLC is 'Dragonborn'
by Steve Watts, Oct 16, 2012 9:35am PDTBy now you've probably had time to become a vampire and settle down with some kids in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. But rumors are circulating that the next downloadable content expansion will take the game back to its roots in Morrowind with dragons.
Users on the Bethesda Forums (via Eurogamer) looked into the beta source code for the 1.8 patch, and found possible hints of what's to come. The notes include mention of Bonemold, Chitin, Nordic, and Stalhrim armor, mounted spell casting, dragon mounting, and several new locations. The new locales are all said to take place on the island of Solstheim, which first made its appearance in the Elder Scrolls 3 expansion Bloodmoon.
Bethesda trademarked "Dragonborn" in September, lending some credence to the rumor. Shacknews has contacted the company regarding the potential DLC, and will update as more information becomes available.

A year is nothing, now is when it's getting good, with all the mods, patches, DLC:s and fixes. I wish I'd waited until now to get it.
The way game studios deliberately leave bugs unfixed at launch nowadays (because the competition does it), you should get used to waiting at least six months until getting a game with a complicated game engine. I'm not going to touch Diablo until at least Patch 1.1, which will add pvp.
