Assassin's Creed 3 Season Pass confirmed, will cost around $30
by John Keefer, Oct 02, 2012 3:15pm PDTAs previously speculated, Assassin's Creed 3 will be getting a Season Pass compiling future DLC expansions for the game. A "Gold Edition" of the game is now available for pre-order on the PlayStation Store for $90. There's no indication of what will be included in the Season Pass, or how many packs will be included for the extra $30 beyond the game price.
The description for the Gold version of AC3 in the Playstation Store update simply mentions the Season Pass in passing. Kristine Steimer did confirm that the Season Pass will be sold separately and will offer a slight discount over buying all the content individually.
We've reached out to Ubisoft to see how much the Season Pass will cost on its own, as well as if it will be available for PC and Xbox 360. The PS3 and 360 versions of the game will be coming on October 30, with the PC version coming on Nov. 20.
