That would peg it for November 18, but don't fret if you don't plan on picking up Nintendo's new console. The dev says it is planning to have the Windows version available on the same day.
Tomorrow's Kyle Gabler answered a few fan questions on their blog, revealing that beta builds should be going out soon, and PC pre-orders will get the game at least a week early. He also said the game will probably have a demo sometime post-launch, but they aren't planning on releasing any DLC.
