Developer Different Tuna announced that its papercraft swim 'em up will hit PS3 on October 9 for $8. You're gonna need a bigger armchair.
Derrick the Deathfin will be off swimming through the world's oceans, platforming as much as a sea creature can, solving puzzles, and gobbling up an extraordinary number of craft paper creatures.
The announcement post has a big long new 'making of' trailer, but this old one from GDC in March has far more gameplay footage, which is surely more pertinent to your interests:
