Once again, Google is offering 25 cent apps on Google Play--the rebranded name for the Android app marketplace. Starting today and continuing for five days total, select apps will be deeply discounted. For example, you can pick up the premium ad-free version of Angry Birds Space for a quarter. Other games include Asphalt 7: Heat and Draw Something. See the full list of apps here, and don't forget that the list will change every day.

        i picked up granny smith, tasks and office suite. might pick up angry birds but i doubt i'll play it so probably not.
