I'm still slightly under the weather, hoping things will clear up over the weekend. My eyes have been glazed over for most of the week, leading to some entertaining mistakes in my bouts of FTL: Faster Than Light. Quite a few crew members have died from my negligance. The most recent? Poor Yuri suffocated to death while repairing the medical bay since I forgot to close the airlocks.

News bits:

  • Mark Cuban asks what business Wall Street is in, and makes some interesting points while predicting another stock plunge. My guess? They're in the 'screw you, I've got mine' business. [via Blog Maverick]

  • Who has the tastiest Ramen noodles on the market? Lifehacker and The Ramen Rater are there for all of your burning questions. [via Lifehacker]

  • Curious what the world's mobile phone market will look a few years from now? You only need to take a gander at China to see which operating systems have been the most dominant. [via MIT Technology Review]
