High Moon Studios has announced two more downloadable content packs for Transformers: Fall for Cybertron today, one of which is available now. They each include a handful of new characters for multiplayer, with swappable parts for the character creator. The DLC packs are priced at $9.99 apiece across all platforms.

Today the Dinobot Destructor Pack includes, sensibly enough, the Dinobots: Grimlock, Slug, Snarl, and Swoop. You can even stomp around as their dinosaur forms. This joins the Multiplayer Havoc Pack (Ultra Magnus, Wheeljack, Blast Off, Zeta Prime, and Perceptor) that has been available for weeks. If you don't recognize any of those names, we're sorry that you did not have a childhood.

The game's third DLC pack, due September 25, is called the "Massive Fury" pack, and includes some Insecticons. It includes Kickback, Sharpshot, Hardshell, G1 Optimus Prime, and Hound. This pack is also a bit more meaty than the others, including some single-player campaign items: a character skin of G2 Bruticus, a G1 Shockwave Blast Cannon, and a G1 Megatron Pistol.

I'm sorry but I am not buying this out of principle. One of the major selling points of this game was being able to play as Dinobots. They should have been included in the multiplayer from launch, or at least be free dlc.

        Sludge: http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Sludge_%28FOC%29

        Slug (a.k.a. Slag): http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Slug

        Both featured in FoC.

Is it a lot to ask for proper word selection by people who're getting paid to write articles online now? Doesn't seem unreasonable to me.

But he did select the proper words! Either High Moon or Hasbro renamed Slag to Slug.

I am now outraged at *them* and never buying another Transformer*.

*this promise will stand for at least 1-4 weeks.

Leaning towards Hasbro. They are VERY strict about how their properties are used and they won't hesitate to put up the red light on something they don't like.
