XCOM: Enemy Unknown trailer shows casualties of war
by John Keefer, Aug 24, 2012 6:45am PDTThe scene on the ground is "utter pandemonium." People are dying out there, and we still don't know what we are fighting. The new trailer for XCOM: Enemy Unknown from Firaxis shows off the need to train good soldiers to keep your team's casualties to a minimum.
You'll be able to take command of your forces on October 9 on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but keep in mind that the turn-based perspective won't be quite as riveting as the flashy action you see in the trailer. The gameplay, however, should be just as intense.
