Mass Effect 3 'Firefight' DLC adds seven new weapons
by John Keefer, Aug 08, 2012 1:30pm PDTIf you didn't already have enough cool ways to kill your enemies in Mass Effect 3 single-player, BioWare is unlocking seven new weapons that had been available in multiplayer only with the now-available Firefight Pack for all platforms.
The pack, which is available for $2 or 160 Microsoft points, includes the Indra and Krysae sniper rifles, Reegar Carbine, Harrier battle rifle, Geth SMG, plus an all-new Blood Pack Punisher SMG and Adas Anti-Synthetic rifle. Apparently, BioWare was responding to community requests for the weapons in the solo missions.
The Leviathan single-player DLC was announced late last week, so the new weapons should go nicely with the new content later this summer.
