World of Warcraft Mega Bloks toys hitting stores
by Steve Watts, Aug 02, 2012 1:00pm PDTAnother big franchise has just become the subject of tiny toy building sets. Blizzard has officially revealed the first series of Mega Bloks building sets modeled after familiar scenes from World of Warcraft. These first sets are hitting stores now, and include various characters and creatures with interchangeable faction gear.
The Blizzard blog shows off the sets, like "Deathwing's Stormwind Assault" and Sindragosa & The Lich King. Mega Bloks will also be randomly including "loot" inside some of the WoW boxes, which means it includes extra weapons, gear, or artifacts. You can tell by a little treasure chest icon on the box, so those will be more valuable than a normal set. Blizzard also promises that more sets are due before the end of the year.
