Cult anime series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is getting a brand new video game treatment, publisher Namco Bandai has announced. And even more amazingly, the game is being developed by CyberConnect 2, the team responsible for the gorgeous Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm games and Asura's Wrath.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle is a cel-shaded fighting game for the PlayStation 3. While a US release isn't guaranteed, Namco Bandai is localizing yet another PS3-exclusive cel-shaded licensed game for the States. One Piece: Pirate Warriors is being distributed exclusively via PlayStation Network--perhaps JoJo can find a PSN release as well?

I remember i used to have the one capcom made for the dreamcast.
I though it was one of the most absurd fighting games I had played since rise of the robots.

should have held on to it though, I might have sold it for more cash since the game
is kinda hard to find now I think.

I thought it was a really fun game, but "absurd" is a good word for it.

In good shape you can generally get $30-40 for it.

I just finished Asura's Wrath last weekend and this makes me very excited to see what they can do.

Asura's Wrath was great. I didn't like the demo though. Glad I got it from Gamefly though.
