Paid DLC planned for Baldur's Gate Enhanced
by John Keefer, Jul 02, 2012 9:30am PDTBeamdog President Trent Oster has not been shy about tweeting details on Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition. He continues to give out tidbits to the faithful, including announcing plans for paid DLC for the updated isometric RPG.
Oster used Twitter over the weekend to tell fans: "We'll be doing free feature improvements and existing content improvements as we go, but we are also planning some paid DLC." He later clarified that the DLC will be new stories and characters (more than "furry earrings +3"), and not existing content.
He also told fans that offline mode is a must and Beamdog will use a launcher to push updates.
