Ubisoft announced European special editions of Assassin's Creed III long ago, but has only today revealed what American fans can get if they cough up $120. The Limited Edition for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 includes a statue, belt buckle and other gubbins, while there's a $65 Digital Deluxe Edition for PC digital distributors.

The Limited Edition for North and Latin America includes a 9.44" statue of new protagonist Connor posing in a stabby stance, an embroidered 28"x48" flag, and a metal Assassin belt buckle. Ubisoft bafflingly hasn't released a picture of all these, but one imagines the statue is the same one in the European Freedom Edition.

The virtual goods in the PC Digital Deluxe Edition are three single-player missions to find Captain Kidd's treasure, George Washington's notebook "revealing his true story during the American Revolution," outfits and weapons for single-player, the Sharpshooter and Redcoat characters for multiplayer, and a collection of music from across the series.

If you want to get a boxed copy of AC3 for PC, though, it seems you'll be limited to the plain old standard edition. With a PC delay rumoured too, though not yet formally confirmed, it seems Ubisoft's once again doing the bare minimum for PC gamers.

Assassin's Creed III arrives for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 30, with a Wii U version coming too. And with American Independence Day almost upon us, here's a new trailer:
