Nintendo 3DS XL getting larger Circle Pad Pro
by Steve Watts, Jun 28, 2012 3:30pm PDTThe 3DS is getting a redesign, but without the second stick that some fans expected. As it turns out, the bigger "XL" system is getting its own second stick after all, in the form of its own Circle Pad Pro accessory.
The latest issue of Famitsu (via Kotaku) confirms that the bigger 3DS will get its own version of the add-on. Like the original Circle Pad Pro, it seems likely that support for the peripheral will be limited. Shacknews has contacted Nintendo of America regarding a US release.
