by Andrew Yoon, Jun 22, 2012 4:36am PDTIt may already be out in Japan, but Nintendo of America has announced that the next Fire Emblem game for 3DS won't be available in the US until next year. Oddly, the game is still without a title, in spite of being regularly referred to by fans as Fire Emblem: Awakening.
The company also confirmed today that Fire Emblem will support paid DLC via the Nintendo Network when it arrives in the US. However, unlike in Japan, it will not be the first Nintendo game to do so. That honor goes to New Super Mario Bros 2 in the US.
