Then, we take a look at The Amazing Spider-Man. Hopefully, the movie will be a bit better than the game. Boycott the new Spiderman movie, let Marvel get the property back to make a DECENT Spidey.

Though I too wish they had the rights, I'm still looking forward to seeing it.

Been playing Pocket Planes since last night, when my brother told me about it, and it's starting to become addictive. There's an annoying "spend real money for ingame currency" aspect of it, but so far it hasn't been too bad there. I just wish there was a better learning curve because I'm having a hard time understanding some of the plane-building aspects of it.

I'm not so surprised to see Diablo 3 top the NPD chart given that buying retail was significantly cheaper than getting it from Blizzard directly. As long as publishers keep going to bed with brick'n'mortars, "digital distribution" will be at a disadvantage -- especially at release. I will never buy a digital copy unless it's significantly cheaper than the retail version, like it should be.

Some people will respond with "but you should pay extra /for the convenience/ of downloading" to which I respond "stop smoking bathsalts".
