Developer Zeboyd Games said in a blog post that the game is done and that there was no sense in holding out until the originally announced date. The game will be released on Xbox Live Network (400 Microsoft points) and Steam ($5), and anyone buying the PC or Mac versions of the game through Steam within the first week will get a free copy of Zeboyd's Cthulhu Saves the World.

Zeboyd picked up the title in 2011 after the developer of the first two titles, Hothead Games, dropped it. You can check out what Steve thought of the game in his preview from PAX East.
