New Super Mario Bros. 2 has full co-op

At Nintendo's 3DS showcase this evening, the company showed off a few levels of New Super Mario Bros. 2 in action, and highlighted a few of its features. The game will include full co-op throughout the entire game, a marked difference from the multiplayer Battle Mode of the previous DS title.

Whichever player is in the lead controls the camera, so whoever is behind has to keep up or become trapped in a bubble. The multiplayer is local only, though, so you won't be able to co-op with a partner across the country.
