Tomb Raider DLC available first on Xbox 360

Tomb Raider's first piece of DLC will be a timed-exclusive for Xbox 360.

Lara's gritty foray into the heart of darkness is getting timed-exclusive downloadable content, as revealed during today's Microsoft E3 press briefing. After showing off an extended gameplay demonstration with Lara holding her own against plenty of armed aggressors, it was revealed that Tomb Raider will have its first piece of DLC will release first on Xbox 360.

Microsoft's exclusivity window wasn't announced, but the team has tended to barter for about a month for games in the past. Tomb Raider is due in March 2013.

  More of Microsoft following through on their promise to "focus on PC gaming again." We just didn't know their focus was seeing it as a target.

  Hmm hopefully the extra DLC won't be the ending. Which seems like something Square would do =/
