Internet Explorer confirmed for Xbox 360
by Alice O'Connor, Jun 04, 2012 10:33am PDTIt's long been rumoured, but Microsoft finally confirmed during its E3 press event that the Internet Explorer browser will be coming to Xbox 360. It'll work with the very fancy new SmartGlass controls through phones and tablets, which were also only just revealed.
Using SmartGlass, Internet Explorer will support gestures for easily scrolling, zooming, clicking and all that jazz. You know, like how you browse on your phone.
Internet Explorer on Xbox 360 will also, naturally, support Kinect voice control.
It's due to arrive this fall.
